摘要
建立了某新型多连杆高速压力机理论模型,编写了相应的计算程序。通过对其进行运动分析可知,与曲柄连杆机构的运动曲线相比,该多连杆机构具有下死点附近速度低、加速度小,回程速度高的特点;副滑块加速度的大小是主滑块的数倍,并且加速度方向相反,因此有利于主滑块惯性力的平衡。
A theoretical model for some new multi-link high-speed press has been established, and the program has been written. By analysis of motion process, this multi-link mechanism has the characteristics of small velocity & acceleration near bottom dead center (B.D.C) and high return velocity comparing with the motion curves of crank- connecting rod mechanism. The acceleration of vice slider is several times of the main slider, and the acceleration is in opposite directions, which is good for balance of the main slider inertia force.
