摘要
建立了高速精密压力机理想驱动转矩的表达式,并对其进行了简化。以研发中的多连杆式高速精密压力机为例,计算了其理想驱动转矩,并与曲柄滑块式的高建精密压力机高速精密压力机进行了比较分析。结果表明:理想驱动转矩不仅与公称力有关,还与驱动形式、曲柄转速、等效运动质量有关;惯性力所引起的转矩在一定速度下可超过公称力所必需的转矩;该多连杆式高速精密压力机不适宜于过高的冲压速度。研究结果有助于高速精密压力机主传动型式的选择及上模质量的确定。
The expression of ideal driving torque for high-speed precision press has been established and simplified.By taking the multi-linkage high-speed press in researching and developing as an example,its ideal driving torque has been calculated,and compared with a high-speed crank press.The result shows that the ideal driving torque relates not only with nominal force,but also with driving form,crank rotary speed,and equivalent moving mass.The torque caused by inertial forces can exceed that required by the nominal force at certain speed.Therefore,the multi-linkage high-speed precision press is not applicable to too high speed.The results has contributed to determine the mass of upper die and main drive form for high-speed precision press.
