摘要
自2006年"特岗计划"实施至今已7年,为了了解该计划的实施成效与问题,在联合国儿基会和教育部支持下,"特岗计划"项目贵州调研组在威宁地区进行了为期12天的基线调研。通过对该地区特岗教师情况的基线调查,分析"特岗计划"政策,并提出建议与思考。
Since 2006, Special Planning has been implemented for 7 years. In order to investigate the effect of this plan, under the support of United Nation UNICEF and the Ministry of Education, the Special Planning Project of Guizhou research group conducted a baseline survey for 12 days in Weining country. Based on the Special Teachers, the paper at- tempts to analyze the implementation of the western rural schools, and puts forwards some suggestions and thinking.
