摘要
自2006年"特岗计划"实施至今已8年,为了了解该计划的实施成效与问题,在儿基会和联合国教育部支持下,"特岗计划"项目河北调研组在2011-2012年两次赴XX县进行基线调研。通过对该地区特岗教师情况的调查,试分析"特岗计划"政策在XX县的实施情况,并提出建议与思考。
Special post planning has been implemented since 2006.To investigate the effect of this plan,Hebei research group of the special planning project,under the support of UNICEF and Chinese Ministry of Education,conducts a baseline survey twice during 2011 to 2012in a county.This article attempts to analyze the implementation of the planning in rural schools and put forward suggestions.
