摘要
车架是非承载式车辆的重要承载部件,对保证汽车安全行驶起着重要作用,因此保证车架的可靠性尤为重要。对车架进行轻量化研究对保障车辆安全性、节能减排以及减少生产成本等方面有重要的现实意义。首先建立某车型的车架参数化模型,并在此基础上进行可靠性分析,得到车架的位移概率分布图及可靠性数据,然后用ANSYS的优化模块对车架进行优化,最后应用ISIGHT联合ANSYS对其进行结构轻量化研究。结果显示,ISIGHT联合ANSYS优化得到车架模型尺寸较为理想,达到了轻量化设计的目的。
As an important bearing parts of non-carrying vehicles, the car frame plays an important role in ensuring vehicle safety,therefore it is particularly important to guarantee the reliability of car frame. The Reliability analysis and lightweight study of the car frame has important practical significance in protecting the safety of vehicles, ener- gy conservation and reducing production costs. First a parametric model for the car frame were formulated and on this basis, the reliability analysis were done and acquired Frame displacement's distribution and some data on relia- bility. Then, car frame were optimized using optimization module of ANSYS. At last, the structural lightweight were stidied by combining ISIGHT and ANSYS. The results show that the joint optimization by using ISIGHT and ANSYS generates the final perfect model size. The present work achieves the purpose of lightweight design, and al- so provides a new way for the optimal design of car frame.
