摘要
利用三维建模软件CATIA建立烟田辅助采收机车架的参数化模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench中进行有限元仿真。以车架预设的三种类型工况中的极限工况为研究对象进行分析,得出所设计车架安全系数较大,可对该车架进一步优化。采收机车架轻量化设计以数学模型为基础,设置车架各部件的相关变量及合适的变量范围,提出较为合理的车架轻量化方案。经优化后的车架质量下降了18.77%,最后对优化后的车架模型进行前三阶模态分析,经验证满足设计要求。
Using three -dimensional modeling software CATIA establish Tobacco harvesting machine auxiliary frame parametric model and impon finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench infinite element analysis. In the frame of the three types of pre-conditions in the extreme conditions of the study were analyzed and the design safety factor larger frame and the frame can be further optimized. Harvesting machine frame lightweight design mathematical model, set the relevant variables of each frame member and the appropriate variable range, lightweight frame made reasonable solution. Frame quality through optimized fell 18.77%. Finally, conducted the optimized frame model the first three modal analysis, and proven to meet the design requirements.
