摘要
医用耗材的采购是医院采购成本中的一个重要的组成部分。控制医用耗材的采购成本,不仅会提高医院的效益,也会降低患者的经济负担。本研究参考国内外医院医用耗材的采购经验,从提高采购人员的素质、制定制度、集中招标采购、加强审计监督等几个环节做了概述。希望能对医院控制采购成本,提高服务质量,促进社会的和谐发展起到积极的作用。
The purchase of medical consumables is an important part of the cost of hospital purchase. Controling the purchase cost of medical consumables will not only improve the profit of the hospital but also reduce the economy burden of the patients. This article referd to the purchasing experience from domestic and aboard hospitals discussed from the following aspects：Improve the quality of purchasing staff, develop the system,centralized purchasing,enhance audit and supervision etc.Hoping it will play an active part in purchase controling,improving the service quality of the hospital,and in the develoment of harmonious society.
