摘要
个体职业生涯的可持性发展受到多种因素的制约,文化资本为个体职业生涯可持续发展提供了一个重要的分析视角。文化资本贯穿于个体职业生涯发展的全部过程,影响职业生涯发展的各个方面。文化资本的积累和再生产是实现个体职业生涯可持续发展的重要途径。
Cultural capital provides an important perspective of analyzing the sustainable development of individual career restricted in varied factors. It is a vital factor in the whole process of the individual career progress. This paper believes that its accumulation and reproduction is a significant access to realize the sustainable development of individual career.
