摘要
研究了Ф300 mm和Ф350 mm两种大规格Ti-6211合金棒材的组织和性能。结果表明:棒材的横向组织均为两相区变形的等轴晶粒,棒材的组织均匀;由于变形充分,两种大规格的棒材,其二分之一半径处的室温强度明显比中心位置高,而塑性受取样位置的影响较小;两相区的大变形对减少大规格棒材组织和性能的方向性具有明显效果;大规格Ti-6211合金棒材的强度随着试验温度升高而大幅度降低,塑性指标随试验温度的升高而增大,但在高温时波动较大。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of the two kinds of large sized (th300 mm and tb350 mm) Ti-6211 alloy bars were investigated. The results show that microstructure on cross section of the Ti-6211 alloy bars deformed in two phase region is even and consists of typical equiaxed α and β phases. Due to large deformation, the room temperature tensile strength in half radius of the two kinds of large sized Ti-6211 alloy bars is obviously higher than that in the center, however the plasticity is roughly similar in these two positions. Large deformation in two phase region shows obvious effect to reduce the mierostructure and property orientation of large sized bars. The strength of large sized Ti-6211 alloy bars sharply reduces with the increase of testing temperature, however the plasticity increases and is unstable at high temperature.
