摘要
对TC11钛合金R态棒材进行了固溶、时效热处理;研究了R态棒材热处理前、后超声波探伤时的杂波变化规律,并通过对热处理前、后的显微组织进行对比分析,获得杂波的变化规律及原因。研究发现:经固溶、时效热处理后的M态棒材组织较R态均匀;超声探伤时的杂波水平略有提升,杂波水平平均提高5.5d B。
The solid solution and aging treatment of TC11 titanium alloy R state bar was carried out. The change law of clutter wave of the R state bar during ultrasonic inspection before and after heat treatment was studied. Throngh the microstructure was contrasted and analyzed before and after heat treatment, the change law and reason of the clutter wave were obtained. Results show that the microstructure of M state is more uniform than that of R state after the solid solution and aging treatment, and the clutter wave level ascends slightly(an average of 5.5 d B) when ultrasonic testing is done.
