摘要
采用原常规工艺锻造的ψ200 mm TC11钛合金棒材,组织均匀性较差,具有一定的方向性。采用新工艺后,通过多种变形方式交替进行锻造,使坯料变形均匀,变形死区减少。结果表明:新工艺可有效消除矩形截面变形时的不均匀现象,组织均匀性较好,满足超声波探伤要求。
The microstructure uniformity ofφ200mm TC 11 titanium alloy bar forged by the original conventional process is poor, and it has certain directivity. After adopting new technology, the blank was deformed uniformly and the dead zone of delbrmation was reduced by forging alternately with various deformation modes. The results show that the new technology can effectively eliminate the uneven deformation phenomenon of the rectangular cross section, the microstructure uniformity is better, and it can meet the requirement of ultrasonic testing flaw detection.
