东北山樱桃对三种主要根结线虫的抗性评价 被引量:1

摘要 为评价东北山樱桃抗根结线虫种质资源价值,以实生钵苗为试材,采用人工接种等方法,研究了其对南方根结线虫,北方根结线虫和花生根结线虫的抗性。结果表明:接种后30d,南方根结线虫的侵入率为0.40%,根内雌成虫数量占接种总量的0.16%,依据抗性评价标准判定东北山樱桃高抗南方根结线虫;北方根结线虫的侵入率为1.20%,根内雌成虫数量占接种总量的0.80%,依据抗性评价标准判定东北山樱桃高抗北方根结线虫;花生根结线虫的侵入率为0.82%,根内雌成虫数量占接种总量的0.60%,依据抗性评价标准判定东北山樱桃高抗花生根结线虫。其对3种根结线虫的抗性均存在显著的株间分离现象,均分离为免疫、高度抗病、中度抗病3种类型,对南方根结线虫免疫、高度抗病、中度抗病型植株分别占群体总数的16.0%、80.0%和4.0%;对北方根结线虫免疫、高度抗病、中度抗病型植株分别占群体总数的2.0%、68.0%和30.0%;对花生根结线虫免疫、高度抗病、中度抗病型植株分别占群体总数的6.0%、78.0%和16.0%,东北山樱桃是优异的抗南方、北方和花生根结线虫砧木和种质资源。 In order to find out the resistant germplasm resource value of Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.,by using pot plants and the method of inoculating,we studied their resistance to major root-knot nematodes.The results showed that:after 30 days,(1) 0.40 % second stage juvenile nematodes (J2) invaded and 0.16 % of them developed to female nematodes in all seedlings inoculated M.incognita; Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.were highly resistant to M.incognita according to the standards of resistance evaluation.(2) 1.20 % second stage juvenile nematodes (J2) invaded and 0.80 % of them developed to female nematodes in all seedlings inoculated M.hapla; Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.were highly resistant to M.hapla.(3) 0.82 % second stage juvenile nematodes (J2) invaded and 0.60 % of them developed to female nematodes in all seedlings inoculated M.arenaria;Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.were highly resistant to M.arenaria.Resistance was widely segregated in seedlings; immune,highly resistant and resistant genotypes were found in seedlings; each resistant genotype to M.incognita was16.0 %,80.0 % and 4.0 %,each resistant genotype to M.hapla was 2.0 %,68.0 % and 30.0 % ; each resistant genotype to M.arenaria was 6.0 %,78.0 % and 16.0 % ; Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.were an excellent resistant germplasm resource to M.incognita,M.hapla,and M.arenaria.
