摘要
为了解蒙古扁桃对北方根结线虫的抗性,以实生苗为试材,采用人工接种、根系经次氯酸钠-酸性品红染色等方法研究了其对北方根结线虫的抗性。结果表明:蒙古扁桃的根结指数为20.67,接种侵入率1.6%,根中雌成虫数量占接种量的0.19%,依据有无根结和根中雌成虫数量占接种线虫数量的百分比标准判定为高抗北方根结线虫;蒙古扁桃实生群体对北方根结线虫的抗性表现出显著的分离现象,免疫、高抗和中抗3种基因型分别占23.3%,63.4%和13.3%。蒙古扁桃对北方根结线虫具有极强的抗侵染能力和很强的抗发育能力,是极优异的抗北方根结线虫种质资源。
With pot plantlets as materials, resistance of Prunus mongolica Maxim to Meloidogyne hapla was studied through the artificial inoculation, staining method of acidic fuchsin. It showed that: gall index of P. mogolica was 20.67, 1.6% second stage juvenile nematodes (J2) Penetrate and 0. 19% developed to female nematodes in all 500 inoculation J2 per plantlet. P. mogolica was high resistant to M. hapla according to the gall index and female proportion. Resistance was segregation in seedling, the immunity, high resistant and resistant genotypes were found in P. persica, for which the proportions were 23.3 %, 63.4% and 13.3%, respectively. P. rnogolica was a good resistant species and germplasm resource to M. hapla because it could resist the penetration and delay the development of juvenile nematodes.
