Welding Technological Properties of Multi Alloying Cast Iron Homogeneous Electrode for Arc Cold Welding

摘要 在生产条件下 ,研究了铝粉的加入量及焊接温度对多元微合金化铸铁电弧冷焊同质焊条所获得的焊补区组织和性能的影响 ,观察评估了焊条的焊接工艺性能。结果表明 ,在焊芯成分不变的情况下 ,药皮中配入 4%的铝粉有助于焊缝金属石墨化 ,可使焊缝硬度降低约1 0 % ;适当提高焊接温度 (室温→ 2 0 0℃ ) ,焊缝中铁素体含量增加 ,熔合区渗碳体趋于消失 ,焊补区硬度显著降低 ,焊缝和熔合区最低硬度分别为 H B1 76和 H B1 97;熔敷金属抗拉强度高达 45 3MPa,焊缝中无裂纹 。 The effects of Al element and welding temperature on the structure of welding zone obtained by Ca Ni Ti Bi multi alloying cast iron homogeneous electrode for arc cold welding were studied under producing condition.Then the welding technological properties of the electrode were observed and evaluated. The results indicate that under the same composition of the welding core, adding Al powder of 4% in weight to electrode covering helps to bring about graphitization of welding zone and makes the hardness of welding zone reduce about 10%. With the welding temperature increasing properly(room temperature→200℃),the ferrites in weld increase; the cementites in welding zone tend to disappear, and the hardnesses of welding zone reduces remarkablly. The lowest hardnesses of weld and welding zone are HB 176 and HB 197 respectively. Tensile strength of melting metals can reach as high as 453MPa. As a result, there are no cracks in weld. The welding properties of the electrode are fine.
