摘要
研究了不同焊补方法和材料对铸铁件焊补区组织和性能的影响。结果表明,除2308焊条和液膜溶解扩散焊外,各种焊补方法及材料形成的焊补区强度均低于有关文献提供的数据,而硬度偏高。金相观察发现:冷焊和半热焊的熔合区均有不同程度的莱氏体和渗碳体出现,形成宽度不等的白口区。试验结果为铸被件焊补方法及材料的选择提供了依据。
This paper studies the effects of different weld-mending proces8 and material on the microstructureand properties of iron casting weld-mending zone,It shows that all the strength of weld-mending zone which wasforIned by the intreduced weld-mending processes and materials are lower than that was provided in the literatures,while the hardness is higher except the Z308 welding red and liquid film solution-diffusion welding.Metallographicalobservation has found out that there were d ifferent quantity of ledeburite and cementite, which foimed differentw1dth of chill structure in semi-melting zone preduced by cold welding or semi-hot welding. The test resuIts proviusscientific basis for the chocice of iron casting weld-mending process and material.
