摘要
研制出一种含硼等多种合金元素的耐高温磨损堆焊焊条。测试结果表明熔敷金属为过共晶组织。常温硬度和耐磨性都高于瑞士卡斯托林公司6715焊条。高温硬度分别达到了HV613(600℃)和HV297. 3(800℃),也高于6715焊条。
A hardfacing electrode containing boron and various alloy elements has been developed. The microscopic analysis results indicate that deposited metal is hypereutectic structure. The hardness and abrasion resistance are higher than Swiss Kastolin Company 6715 electrode at atmospheric temperature. The hardness at high temperature are HV613 (600 ℃) and HV297.3 (800 ℃),which surpass 6715 electrode too.
