摘要
本文基于meso-四(4-三甲铵基苯基)卟啉与铜(Ⅱ)形成络合物后其荧光定量熄灭从而建立了高灵敏度的铜(Ⅱ)的荧光测定法。检测限2ppb,选择性也很好。用于直接测定饮料中的痕量铜,结果满意。
Based on the fluorescence quenching of meso-tetrakis(4-trimethylammoniumph-enyl)porphyrin〔T(4TMAP)P〕after the formation of Cu-T(4TMAP)P, a highly sensitive and selective fluorescence quenching method for the determination of copper(Ⅱ)was presented. The detection limit of copper(Ⅱ)was 2 ppb. It has been used satisfactorily to determine trace amounts of copper(Ⅱ)in drinks directly.
