摘要
基于无色荧光素在铜离子和氰化物存在下 ,能够被氧化生成荧光素的原理 ,拟定了一个高灵敏度的氰化物的荧光测定法。方法不仅精密度高、准确度好 ,而且操作简单快速 ,检出下限为6.8× 1 0 -3ng·ml-1,运用于食用酒精中氰化物含量的测定 。
It is found that in the presence of Cu 2+ and CN -, the colorless fluorescein can be oxidized to fluorescein. Based on this phenomenon, a highly sensitive fluorophotometric method for the determination of cyanide is proposed. This method is proved to be not only good in accuracy and precision, but also simple and rapid in operation. The limit of detection is found to be 6.8×10 -3 ng·ml -1 . It has been used in the determination of cyanide in edible alcohol.
