摘要 作者发现Ru(Ⅲ)对KBrO3氧化罗丹明6G使其荧光强度降低的反应具有显著的催化作用,并将这一新的指示反应和流动注射分析技术相结合,建立了测定Ru的催化动力学流动注射荧光光度分析新方法。其检测限为08μg/L,线性范围为20~600μg/L,进样频率为65次/h。该方法已用于人工合成样品中痕量Ru的测定,结果满意。 A flow injection kinetic method for the determination of ruthenium has been developed. The method was based on Ru(Ⅲ) markedly catalytic effect on KBrO 3 oxidation of rhodamine 6G in H 2SO 4 medium and consequently decrease of fluorescence intensity of rhodamine 6G. The detection limit of method was 0 8 μg/L. The calibration curve was linear between 2 0 and 60 0 μg/L, and the feeding frequency was 65 times/h of sample. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace ruthenium in artificial samples with satisfactory results.
