摘要
目的 编制护理专业本科毕业生质量评价问卷.方法 应用文献分析法、理论分析法形成初始问卷,10名专家进行问卷内容效度评定后,选取在三甲医院从事临床工作3~5年80名护理专业本科毕业护士进行问卷调查,进行信度评价.结果 正式问卷包括4个维度,职业素养(8个条目)、知识技能(12个条目)、自我发展(6个条目)和身心素质(4个条目);内容效度指数为0.94,问卷的Cronbach's α系数为0.811,重测信度系数为0.902.结论 正式问卷具有良好的信效度,可以用来评价护理专业本科生质量.
Objective To develop the quality evaluation questionnaire for nursing undergraduates. Methods A literature analysis method and theoretical analysis were applied to develop the draft of questionnaire,then the content validity was assessed by 10 experts. Eighty nurses with baccalaureate degree worked 3 to 5 years in first-class hospitals were investigated by the quality evaluation questionnaire to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Remdts The formal questionnaire contained 4 dimensions,including professional attitude(8 items),professional knowledge and skills(12 items),self- development(6 items),physical and psychological well-being(4 items). The content validity index was 0.94,Cronbach's coefficient was 0.811,and test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.902. Conclusion The questionnaire has high reliability and validity,and it can be used to assess the quality of nursing undergraduates.
