摘要
目的:提高本科护生的带教质量。方法:对本科护生实施整体护理考核,并对结果进行分析。结果:42人中资料收集欠全面者占19.05%,病史汇报欠流畅占11.9%,护理诊断欠全面占28.57%,护理措施针对性欠强、不够明确具体,主次排序不够合理占45.24%,相关理论知识不足占52.38%,专科体检重点欠突出占42.86%,2人在体检过程中保暖措施不够,护理体检中自身、用物、环境及病人准备无扣分。结论:整体护理考核能强化护生的整体护理观念;能使护生认识到自身存在的不足,弥补欠缺;能提高护生综合运用理论知识的能力,从而提高整体护理能力。整体护理考核能促使带教老师不断学习更新知识,明确今后带教需注重的方向。这种师生互动学习,促进了教学相长,有利于教学质量的提高。
[Objective]The purpose of this article is to improve the quality of clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students. [Method]Holistic Nursing Check was conducted to the undergraduate nursing students,and the results were analyzed. [Results]Among the 42 participants,19.05%of them had the problem of incompleteness in data collection.11.9%of the participants could not give a medical history report with fluency.28.57%of the participants had problems in nursing diagnoses. 45.24%of the students had difficulty in choosing proper nursing measures,lacking in pertinency,not specific and detailed enough. 52.38%were lacking in the related theoretical knowledge.42.86%did not have key points in special physical examination. 2 students did not keep the patient warm when they did the physical examination.In the process of the physical examination, the students did nothing wrong in the preparation of the tools,the environment and the patients.[Conclusion]Implementing Holistic Nursing Check would strengthen the students' holistic nursing notion,and make the students come to realize their deficiency in nursing.It would improve their ability of applying the theory to the practice,and further improve their nursing ability.For another thing,implementing Holistic Nursing Check would impel the teacher to update their knowledge and make them nail down to the orientation of the future teaching.This teacher- student interaction study is conducive to 'teaching others teaches yourself' and the improvement of the quality of teaching.
