摘要
目的：评价吉非替尼治疗晚期肺腺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法：对55例化疗失败或不宜化疗的Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者给予吉非替尼口250mg／d，至病情进展或出现不可耐受的不良反应。结果：55例患者中无CR患者，与药物相关的不良反应依次为痤疮样皮疹28例（50．9％），皮肤干燥19例，腹泻14例，恶07例，肝功能异常1例。结论：吉非替尼治疗晚期肺腺癌有效，毒副反应轻微，患者依从性和耐受性好。报道如下.
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma and adverse reaction. Methods 55 cases of chemothera py failure or unfavorable lV period of chemotherapy in patients with tung adenocarcinoma the treatment given 250 mg/d,to disease progression or tolerance, adverse reactions. Results of 55 eases without CR patients,drug related adverse reaction followed by sample acne skin rash 28 eases（50. 9%） ,dry skin（19 ca-ses）, 14 cases of diarrhea, nausea, 7 cases of abnormal liver function in 1 case. The treatment conclusion effective treatment of advanced lung adenocareinoma, slight of adverse reaction,patient compliance and good tolerance. Reported as follows：
