风湿性心脏病患儿脑钠肽和肌钙蛋白水平变化的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)及肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在风湿性心脏病患儿中的变化及其临床意义。方法对该院诊断的25例风湿性心脏病的患儿(患病组)及25名正常体健儿童(对照组)分别测定两组的血浆BNP和cTnI水平。结果患病组血浆BNP水平(612.29±101.42)ng/L显著高于对照组(84.52±3.8)ng/L(P<0.01),cTnI水平(0.423±0.019)ng/ml也高于对照组(0.052±0.019)ng/ml(P<0.05);患病组的BNP与C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)呈显著正相关(r分别为0.1547及0.1421,P<0.05)。结论风湿性心脏病患儿血浆BNP、cTnI较健康儿童水平明显升高,血浆BNP的升高与CRP、WBC密切相关。 Objective To study serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in children with rheumatic heart disease.Methods Serum levels of BNP and cTnI were measured in twenty five children with rheumatic heart disease and twenty five healthy children using ELISA.Results Mean serum level of BNP and cTnI in children with rheumatic heart disease was significantly higher than that of the control group(P &lt; 0.01 or P &lt; 0.05).The linear regression analysis showed that the BNP level was positively correlated with the levels of CRP and WBC(r = 0.1547,0.1421,P &lt; 0.05) in children with rheumatic heart disease.Conclusion The serum BNP and cTnI levels increased significantly in children with rheumatic heart disease,and are positively correlated with the levels of CRP and WBC.
