摘要
目的与意义:了解老年人卫生健康信息获取状况,帮助老年人合理获取卫生健康信息,改善老年人卫生健康信息获取环境,缓解医疗机构就医压力。对象与方法:(1)本调查以太钢退休职工为研究对象,利用随机抽样法选取尖草坪区24宿舍、25宿舍,苹果苑小区,柏翠苑小区的太钢退休职工220名作为样本。(2)本调查采用问卷调查法获取原始数据,运用比较分析法得出老年人卫生健康信息获取现状。结果:(1)老年人对卫生健康信息的关注程度特别高。(2)在获取卫生健康信息的过程中,老年人更加喜欢视频这种形式,更加倾向于养生保健方面的内容,更加依赖于电视这种媒体,但是对信息的类型却没有表现出明显差异。(3)老年人中有很大一部分有能力使用搜索引擎,但是又很少会选择网络这种渠道来获取卫生健康信息。(4)老年人的健康档案会被建立,但是老年人自己却不太重视这样的健康档案。结论:(1)老年人对卫生健康信息的关注程度相当高,所以应该被引起重视。(2)老年人作为一种特殊群体,具有自己独特的认知属性和特点,所以为了让老年人更好地获取卫生健康信息,可以采取以下措施:建立一个专门提供老年卫生健康信息的网站;实现视频点播,让老年人及时获得自己最想看的视频节目;在各个地区都成立专门针对老年人的健康活动中心。(3)老年人的健康档案中存在着老年人对卫生健康信息的潜在性需求,应当对其进行特殊研究,为此可以专门成立一个健康信息咨询点,对老年人的健康档案进行详细分析。
Objective and significance： Understanding the current situation of the elderly to access health information, improving the environment for the elderly to obtain health information. Subjects and methods ： （ 1 ） The investigation takes the TISCO retired workers as the research object. （2） The survey obtains the original data by questionnaire and gets overall situation about health information acquisition of the elderly by method of comparative anal- ysis. Results ： （ 1 ） The elderly pay attention to health information on a much higher level. （2） The elderly has its own unique performance of the health information channel, content, methods and skills. （3）Health records of the elderly will be established, but old people themselves do not attach too much importance to such health archives. Conclusion ： （ 1 ） The elderly focus much on health information and this issue should be pay close attention to. （2） The following measures should be taken： To build a health information website, which aims at providing the elderly health information, and the website should have the function of playing video on demand so as to meet the needs of the elderly to watch the video program they like. To establish the elderly health centre in every region. （3） A health information consulting station should be established to analyze the elderly heath records in detail.
