摘要
目的通过分析冷链技术规范和相关环节,阐述药品批发企业采用冷链技术的必要性,以保证药品批发企业冷链管理中药品的质量。方法通过分析冷链技术规范和冷链物流相关环节,阐述药品批发企业采用冷链技术的必要性和可行性。结果与结论目前,省级药品冷链物流技术规范不断呈现;收货、储存、养护、验证、运输、人才培养等组成药品冷链物流的相关环节;冷链标准规范化、电子监管码及无线射频识别技术(RFID)的应用,推动了药品冷链物流的整体升级。加大硬件投入,加强人员培训,推进信息化和风险管理,有利于保证冷链管理中药品的质量。
Objective Analyzing the technical stardard of cold chain can explain the necessity of that tachnology applied in pharmaceatical, whole enterprises, thus to ensare drug quality in the cold chain mangament of these enterprises. Methods The feasibility and necessity of cold chain technology applied in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises were elaborated by analyzing the technical standard of cold chain and links related to cold chain logistics. Results and Conclusion Currently, various aspects of provincial technical standard of cold chain on drug logistics appear continually. The links related to cold chain logistics include goods receipt, storage, maintenance, verification, transport and training of staff etc. Normalized standard of cold chain, electronic supervision code and RFID technology have promoted the upgrading of the whole drug cold chain logistics. It were be very contributive to ensure drug quality in the cold chain management by increase investment on hardware, intensify training for staff and promote management on information and risk.
