摘要
研究原淀粉与PR-Su在不同配比下混溶性、浆膜性能对纯棉粗纱及涤棉粗纱的黏附性,在ASS3000型全自动单纱浆纱机上对14.6tex纯棉、13tex涤棉纱进行浆纱实验.结果表明,当原淀粉与PR-Su配比为6∶4时,浆纱的各项性能指标优异,可以发挥PR-Su和原淀粉的优势.
The compatibleness between native starch and modified starch PR-Su was investigated.At the same time the size-film properties and adhesion to cotton and cotton-polyester yarn were tested.Finally,the size agents were used to size 14.6tex cotton and 13tex cotton-polyester yarns.The best sizing performance can be obtained when the ratio of native starch and the modified starchPR-Su is 6 ∶ 4.
