介绍了冷上浆纱线相比热上浆纱线独特的优势,鼓励小规模企业采用冷上浆工艺进行生产。对14.6 tex纯棉纱采用单纱浆纱机进行上浆,使用标准测量方法及测量仪器对织造过程中的关键因素进行测量,评估其织造性能,并与原纱进行了对比。
The project was carried out with the intention of inspiring small scale industries to implement cold sizing,keeping in mind its advantages over nomal hot sized yarn. The 100% cotton corded yarn of 14. 6 tex count was sized on single end( cone to cone) sizing machine and tested following standard testing method and testing instruments and compared with parent yarn for its various properties which are key factors in assessing weaving performance.
