溶剂循环法合成阳离子淀粉

摘要 以天然淀粉为原料,3氯2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,使用溶剂循环法制备了季铵型阳离子淀粉.研究了醚化剂用量、碱用量、含水量、醇用量、反应温度和反应时间等反应条件对取代度的影响,确定了在淀粉的用量50g,醚化剂的用量2g,含水量25%,反应时间5h,反应温度60℃等条件下,制得取代度为0.041的阳离子淀粉.该方法生产工艺简单,生产成本较低,产品性能稳定,同时减少了对环境的污染. The quaternary ammonium type cationic starch was synthesized using natural starch as raw material and 3chloro2hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride (CHPTMA) as cationic etherification agent in solvent circulation process.It has been probed the effect of amounts of CHPTMA,sodium hydroxide,hydrous quantity,reaction temperature and reaction time,etc.on the degree of substitution(DS) of product.The optimum conditions were determined from test:starch 50 g,CHPTMA 2 g,the mass percent of water in reaction system 25%,reaction time 5 h,temperature 60 ℃,the DS is up to 0.041.The cost of production was decreased because its procedure was simplified.The products have good qualities and steady performances.The pollution of the environment was reduced at the same time.
