摘要
采用"3414"不完全试验设计施肥方案,研究不同施肥处理对黄连的养分和品质的影响。结果表明:适量氮、磷、钾施肥量及其配比能显著提高黄连的养分和品质。施肥区黄连的质量均比缺素区有显著的提高,其中氮、磷、钾肥的配施N2P2K2处理,黄连的质量相对最好。本试验条件下,为达到优质黄连的生产,推荐施肥为:N150 kg/(hm2·a),P2O5150 kg/(hm2·a),K2O120 kg/(hm2·a)。本研究可为湖北利川黄连的高产优质生产提供科学依据和参考。
In order to study the effects of different fertilizer treatments on the nutrient content and quality of Coptis chinensis Franch,the ‘3414＇ incomplete fertilizer experiment design was used.The results showed that the treatment with the proper application amount and ratio of N,P and K fertilizer could significantly improve the nutrient content and quality of Coptis chinensis Franch.Fertilization significantly improved the nutrient content and quality of Coptis chinensis Franch compared with the fertilizer deficiency plot,and the best treatment for the quality of Coptidis rhizoma was N2 P2 K2,which achieved much better quality of Coptidis rhizome.So the recommended fertilizations were N150 kg/（hm2 · a）,P2O5150 kg/（hm2 · a）,K2O120 kg/（hm2 · a） in this study.The result would provide the guidance and reference for high-yield cultivation of Coptis chinensis Franch with good quality in Lichuan.
