摘要
以5~9月苹果实生苗国红×长富6的实生后代叶片为试验材料,通过萃取、高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,对直接定植处理下苹果叶片中内源激素( GA3、 IAA、 ABA和CTK)含量进行了测定,并分析了其含量变化规律。结果表明:随着生育进程的推进,苹果实生苗国红×长富6的实生后代叶片中与成花相关的内源激素含量呈现不同的变化规律,其中, GA3含量显著下降, ABA 含量显著提高, IAA和 CTK含量均呈先降低后升高的变化趋势。本研究结果可为研究不同时期苹果实生后代童期的变化规律提供科学的理论依据。
During May to September, the leaves apple seedlings of Guohong ×Changfu 6 by direct field planting were selected once per month as the test materials , the endogenous hormones ( GA3 , IAA, ABA and CTK ) contents in these apple seedling leaves were examined , and the change trends were analyced by the separation and purification methods of extraction and HPLC.The results showed that the content trends of endogenous hormones related to flowering in apple seedling leaves were dissimilar with the advance of growth and development , the content of GA3 was significantly decreased, but the content of ABA was increased considerably, while the contents of IAA and CTK showed a trend of decreased first and then increased.The results provided theoretical evidence for the influence on shortening the juvenility of apple seedlings.
