壮苗素对油菜幼苗可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以中油杂11号(Brassica napus L.)为材料,采用田间试验在油菜移栽返青后用不同配方不同浓度的壮苗素(SSA)进行喷施处理,通过测定功能叶片可溶性糖和蛋白质含量,研究了自制SSA不同配方不同浓度对油菜生育特性的影响及不同处理间的差异性。结果表明,浓度为0.1%的T2、T3配方不同时期喷施对油菜苗期功能叶内可溶性糖含量及碳氮代谢的影响表现为先抑后促的作用,对可溶性蛋白质含量为先促后抑的作用。越冬期间的可溶性糖含量与产量呈极显著正相关,但可溶性蛋白质含量与产量相关系数不显著。说明壮苗素可以通过增加越冬期可溶性糖含量而提高油菜的抗逆性,从而最终提高产量。 Taking ZhongyouzaNo.ll as an experimental material,on the condition of farming, the effect of self-made seedling strengthening agent (SSA) on Brassica no.pus L. was studied by measuring the content of soluble sugar and protein in functional leaf. The result showed that the 0.1% concentration of T2,T3 in different stage increased the content of soluble sugar at first and declined then. The contents of soluble protein were increased at first and declined then. The soluble sugar content during winter has extremely significant corelation with yield.But the soluble protein content during winter with yield has no significant corelation. So SSA can improve resistant and increase yield by increasing the soluble sugar content during winter.
