摘要
本文通过福州地铁工程区间盾构施工工程实例,阐述盾构施工在穿越浅基建筑时遇到个别孤石的情况下,采取保持土压平衡、控制掘进速度和出土量、采用膨润土置换土仓石渣、严格控制同步注浆量和浆液质量等措施,确保了盾构机顺利通过,并有效地控制了浅基建筑的变形,取得良好效果。
Through the project of Fuzhou subway interval shield construction engineering examples, expounds the shield construction encountered boulder across the building with shallow foundation at the situation, take measures to keep the earth pressure balance, control the tunneling speed and volume of excavated earth, using bentonite replacement chamber slag, strict control of synchronous grouting and grout quality, ensure the smooth shield machine through, and effectively control the deformation of the building with shallow foundation, and achieved good results.
