摘要
以杭州地铁二号线振宁路站-外环路站区间(9号盾构区间)隧道工程为工程背景,采用实例分析和三维数值模拟等手段对地铁隧道盾构施工引起的地表沉降变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,盾构施工影响范围为盾构机切口向前和向后各30 m,两侧各6 m,其它范围不受影响或受影响可被忽略;在一定条件下,地表沉降随土仓压力、注浆压力的增大而减小,土仓压力控制在0.15-0.2 MPa以内、注浆压力控制在0.2-0.3 MPa以内较为合适。结果对后续工程的设计与施工具有指导意义。
This paper takes the shield construction of Hangzhou Metro Line 2 as an example, carries out analysis of a case and three dimensional numerica experiments on the ground settlement rule which causes by shield construction. The rules show that: the area of influence when shield construction is forward and backward head of the shield 30 m and both sides of 6m,other area is not influenced or the influence can be ignored;under certain conditions,ground settlement reduces as earth pressures in earth cabin and grouting pressures add,it is better that the earth pressures in earth cabin can be control between 0.15-0.2 MPa and the grouting pressures can be control between 0.2-0.3 MPa. The rules have the guiding significance for the design and construction of the follow-up project.
