摘要
基于气动潜水泵的结构特点,针对矿用气动潜水泵需要限制主轴转速的工作状况,提出了在泵的主轴上增加气动潜水泵自动控制机械结构,给出了解决限制主轴转速的控制结构的设计原理,经实际生产验证自动控制结构满足生产使用要求,且结构紧凑,生产成本低,可靠性好。
Based on the structural characteristics of the pneumatic submersible pumps,aimed at the mining pneumatic submersible pumps＇ working conditions were needed to limit the spindle speed,the automatic control of the mechanical structure of the pneumatic submersible pumps was pointed out for increasing in the pump spindle,the design principles of the spindle speed control structure was introduced for limitation,was verified by production to be feasible ,compact and save cost and reliability.
