摘要
针对矿用大排量乳化液泵连杆的工作状况和结构特点进行分析与研究,提出了连杆的加工工艺方法。为了保证连杆质量及使用要求,给出了毛坯选材与制造、机加工质量及热处理工艺等控制措施。经实际使用验证,此工艺能较好地满足其综合性能要求。
For mining emulsion pump emissions are the working conditions and structure of the connecting rod characteristics analysing and researching, the processing technology of the connecting rod is presented. In order to ensure the quality of connecting rod and use requirements, it gives the blank material selection and manufacture, machining quality and heat treatment process such as quality control measures. Throughing actually using, this process is to meet the requirements of the comprehensive performance.
