摘要
本文在引出理想结合面和结合面元概念的基础上,提出了一种基于结合面元的结合面动力学建模方法。该方法能方便地将结合面动力学问题纳入有限元分析的轨道,有效地解决了不同形状结合面参数移植的问题,通过两组不同模型上结合面参数识别结果的对比表明,本文提出的结合面建模方法有较高的建模精度,识别的结合面参数可供机床CAD使用。
Abstract In the Paper,based on the concepts of perfect joint and joint element,a new method of establisting joint dynamic model in view of joint element is proposed. The method can conveniently bring joint dynamic analysis into the field of finite element analysis and effectively transplant the joint parameters between different joints. The contrast of joint parameters identified from two different joint models indicates that the joint modeling method proposed in the paper can achieve a high precision in dynamic analysis and the joint parameters identified in the paper can be applied ill machine tool CAD system.
