摘要
目的探讨经阴道三维超声输卵管造影检查的护理配合及处理措施，以提高其检查成功率，减少患者不适及不良反应。方法回顾性分析河南省人民医院47例经阴道三维超声输卵管造影检查患者的临床资料。结果通过护理人员与超声造影医生密切配合，47例患者均顺利完成检查，成像质量高，检查结果满意，其中3例患者诉头晕、心慌，5例诉有便意，4例出现轻度的腹部不适及疼痛（其中2例伴头晕），2例患者出现较剧烈的腹部疼痛且伴头晕、心慌、恶心，休息30—120rnin后不适均消失，安全离开检查室。结论经阴道三维超声输卵管造影是一项较新且不良反应相对较传统输卵管造影少的检查方法，其操作成功与否，离不开护理工作的密切配合，整个检查过程中护理人员给予的心理支持、知识宣教、熟练操作、密切观察是检查成功的前提。
Objective To investigate the nursing experience of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography examination, in order to increase the success rate of its inspection and decrease the adverse reactions of patients. Methods The nursing experience of 47 patients who un- derwent transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosalpingo graphy ultrasound examination were reviewed. Re- suits With the cooperation between nurses and docrors, 47 cases of transvaginal three-dimensional hys- terosalpingo-contrast ultrasound examination were performed successfully. Three cases presented mild diz- ziness and flustered, 5 cases felt micturition desire, 4 cases presented mild abdominal discomfort or pain, 2 cases also accompanied by dizziness, 2 cases presented morderity abdominal pain and accompanied by dizziness, flustered and nausea. But all patients recovered after resting 30 - 120 min. Conclusions Transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast ultrasound examination is a new and less adverse effect technique to evaluate the obstruction of tubal. It＇ s success depend on the nursing cooperation dur- ing all procedure, mental nursing, knowledge intruducing, proficiency, and observation are the precondi- tion of the examination performed successfully.
