摘要
目的探讨超声造影的护理方法。方法利用超声造影剂及其匹配成像技术对4598病例进行超声造影，总结超声造影的护理配合及不良反应的观察。结果4598例超声造影通过医师与护理人员密切的配合，全部患者能顺利超声造影并能取得良好显影效果。2例轻度不良反应，无一病例发生中度或严重不良反应，进行对症处理后症状缓解，无任何后遗症，无一病例发生中度或严重不良反应。结论由于超声造影剂的特殊性，超声科护理人员了解造影剂的使用方法与禁忌证、熟练掌握静脉穿刺操作技术、过敏反应的观察、抢救知识。保证超声造影顺利进行和良好显影，协助对疾病的超声诊断。
Objective To investigate the nursing instructions of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination. Methods The nursing experience of 4598 cases who underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound were summarized. The adverse reactions related to contrast agent were observed and recorded. Results With the cooperation between doctors and nurses, 4598 contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations were all successfully per- formed. 2 cases presented mild adverse reaction and recovered after conservative treatment, no moderate or se- vere adverse reactions were observed in any cases. Conclusion The nurse should be aware of indications and contraindications of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination. The prompt observation and treatment of adverse reactions resulted from microbubble contrast agent are vital to the completion of contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
