摘要
随着社会的发展,为了解决大学生就业难的问题,提高创业型英语专业人才的培养刻不容缓。本文主要从社会传统因素、自身发展的因素和人才培养的因素来探讨制约英语专业人才发展的因素,以期为英语专业人才的培养提供研究的背景和信息。
With the development of society, in order to solve the problem of low employment, improving the cultivation of entrepreneurial English major talents is a task which brooks no delay. On the basis of traditional social factors, self-development factors and personnel training factors, this paper probes into the factors that restrict the English professional development, in order to provide the background and information for the cultivation of English talents.
