摘要
目的探讨医院健康管理中心组建质量控制小组的方法与效果。方法在医院健康管理中心组建9个体检质量控制小组,由全体工作人员参与;各组进行相关培训,制定相应的岗位职责、工作制度及体检流程,并对体检工作质量进行全面、全程的持续监控,对各项指标,如院内感染率、客户和工作人员满意率、体检报告准确率、仪器设备完好率等进行监测和比较。结果健康管理中心的质量管理达到了"三化",即规范化、科学化、人性化,质量控制中各项指标,如院内感染率、体检者和工作人员满意率、科研论文质量、护理管理方面均得到改善和提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论质量控制小组对于健康管理中心的体检质量控制起到了关键性作用,确保了各项指标顺利完成,避免了差错和事故的发生,提高了工作效率,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the methods and effects of establishment of quality control (QC) group in health care management center (HCMC). Methods Nine QC groups were organized by all staff in health care management center. Works were carried out in each group separately, including relevant train- ings,establishing duty responsibilities, working systems and physical examination (PE) procedures. A comprehensive and continuous monitoring of the medical work quality was carried out in the PE quality control. Comperations were made between before and after the QC putting into effect,including indicators such as rate of hospital infection, client and staff's satisfaction, accuracy of PE reports,integrity rate of in- strument and equipment. Results Our management in HCMC was successfully carried out in three forms. standardization, scientization, and hommization. All indicators in QC such as hospital infection, client and staff's satisfaction, quality of scientific paper, nursing care and so on improved obviously, the diversity was statistically significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion QC group played a key role in quality control in health care management center. It guaranteed the accomplishment of every indicator, avoided mistakes and acci- dents,and improved the effect of works. This approach is worthy of promoting.
