摘要 立柱是磨齿机的重要支撑部件,其静动态特性直接影响着齿轮的磨削精度。以磨齿机的立柱为研究对象,分析了立柱受空载和偏重心载荷后的静力学特性,对比在两种载荷下立柱的变形、应力应变情况,提出在立柱上加配重块来改善立柱静力学性能的方法。研究表明,在立柱上加配重块有效的降低了立柱应力应变以及变形。该方法简单有效,为磨齿机磨削精度及立柱的进一步研究提供了理论依据。 The column is one of the most important support components in gear grinding machines,its static characteristics have a direct impact on the grinding accuracy of gears.With the grinder column as the studied object,the static characteristics of column are analyzed in the condition of no-load and eccentric load by tool carrier.Comparing column deformation and stress-strain under tw o loads,the method of adding counterw eight block is proposed to improve its static performance.The research show s that the stress-strain and deformation of column are efficiently reduced through adding counterw eight block on the column.This method is simple and effective,w hich provides the theoretical basis for further studying the grinding accuracy of gear grinding machine.
