摘要
针对成形磨齿机的结构特点,运用有限元设计方法,建立了立柱的三维有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件对立柱进行了动态分析,得出了立柱的动态特性。对多种不同筋板布局的立柱结构进行了分析比较,选择出了较理想的立柱结构。通过结构参数灵敏度分析,找出了对立柱结构稳定性影响最大的结构因素,从而为磨齿机结构的进一步改进设计提供重要的数据。
Based on the structure feature of gear form grinding machine,3D finite element (FE) model of column was set up by means of FE method.Dynamic analysis was performed by means of ANSYS software,and the dynamic characteristic of the column was obtained.Several columns with different rib structures were analyzed, and the best column structure was selected.The factor which has the largest effect on the stability of column was found by analyzing the sensitivity of structure parameters,thus providing some important foundations for further structural improvement of gear grinding machine.
