摘要 作为质谱仪中核心部件的四极质量分析器虽然结构简单,但制造十分困难,其中极座加工采用高频往复的磨削工艺,机床中的配重机构如果采用传统的配重气缸和配重块方式,其活塞和钢丝绳的寿命无法满足要求,导致机床可靠性低。介绍一种适用于高频往复运动部件的配重机构,采用半圆环形滑轮支架和滑轮组成滑轮组,既可以降低滑轮惯量,也可以增加钢丝绳的弯曲半径,从而减小钢丝绳弯曲应力,延长钢丝绳的使用寿命,提高机床的可靠性。 As the core component of the mass spectrometer, the quadrupole mass filter is simple, but it' s very difficult to manufacture. High frequency reciprocating motion of the grinding process is used in the pedestal processing, if the traditional counterweight pneumatic cylinder or counterweight block used in the counterweight mechanism of machine tools, the life of the piston and a steel wire rope can' t achieve the requirements, resulting in low reliability of the machine. It' s introduced a suitable for high frequency reciprocating parts counterweight mechanism, the pulley block compose of the semicircle bracket and pulley, it can' t only reduce the inertia of the pulley, and also can increase the radius of curvature of steel wire rope, thereby the wire rope bending stress can be reduced,then the service life of the wire rope can be prolonged,the reliability of the machine tool is improves.
