摘要
本文从马克思主义理论视野出发,对传统中国社会特有的"割股疗亲"现象进行了分析,认为割股者忍受肢体的痛苦去疗亲的行为反映出社会环境中复杂的观念与信仰。在佛教的影响、他人的效仿、官方主流意识的推动等因素共同作用下,隋唐以后,"疗亲"成为割股者的主要目的,进而促成了割股疗亲模式的集体构建。割股疗亲的根本则在于"股"所凸显的孝行象征话语。割股前的祭祀祝祷、禁忌话语等彰显了割股者的意志力,更显现了割股疗亲行为的私密性与神秘性。社会各方对此行为截然相反的态度以及国家制度与实践的自相矛盾,说明儒家伦理存在自我冲突。
With the help of Marxism Theory,this paper analyses a unique phenomenon in traditional Chinese society:Cutting Flesh to Heal Parents.It finds out that this social practice reflectes complex beliefs and ideas in certain social contexts.The Buddhism doctrines,the official mainstream ideology as well as overall social atmosphere all contribute the formation and its popularity of this unique social activity after the Sui and Tang dynasties.People of all times hold different views on its cure effectiveness.However,the key argument lies in the filial duty,which is reflected by ' cutting flesh'.Conducting ritual prayers and saying taboo words before flesh cutting demonstrate the tough will of the flesh cutters,and give an air of privacy and mystique.The fact that people of all walks of life hold different attitudes towards this behavior and the national regulations are contradictory to the practice in reality indicate that the Confucian ethics are contradictory in themselves.
