摘要
在中温条件下进行实验室规模的连续式餐厨垃圾厌氧消化试验,通过在线监测沼气产率和pH值,离线监测甲烷含量、挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、总碱度(TA)和碳酸氢盐碱度(BA),以寻求一个可靠的指标对厌氧消化处理餐厨垃圾的过程进行监控。结果显示,沼气产率、甲烷含量、pH值和总碱度对系统不稳定性的反应不敏感;而碳酸氢盐碱度不仅可以敏感地指示系统过程的不平衡,且在厌氧消化恢复过程中的变化也很明显。
The anaerobic digestion of food waste (FW) was studied at laboratory scale, operating at 37℃ under quasi-continuous conditions. Parameters such as biogas production rate and pH were tested online, while methane content, total volatile fatty acids (TVFA), total alkalinity (TA), bicarbonate alkalinity (BA) were tested offline. The aim of this work was to determine a reliable parameter which could be used to indicate process imbalance during anaerobic digestion of FW in a CSTR anaerobic reactor. In the results, the biogas production rate, methane content, TA and pH value did not show clear responses to system imbalance. The BA could not only clearly indicate the process imbalance, but also show clear response to the process of anaerobic digestion in the recovery stage.
