摘要
近年来,餐饮业作为我国经济发展的新生力量,成绩喜人,但是由于传统餐饮业粗放型的经营方式,使餐饮业在发展的同时也造成了资源的极大浪费,如产生的餐饮垃圾未得到规范管理,没有合理的回收处置等,给环境带来了巨大压力。因此,提倡循环经济,大力发展绿色餐饮成为餐饮业发展的必然选择,也与社会可持续发展的思想相契合。循环经济对于保护人类健康,提高资源利用率,保护环境,建立节约型社会具有重要意义。
The development of the catering industry in the past fewyears has been promising,but the progress is obtained at the expense of the huge consumption of resources due to the traditional macroscopic management mode.For example,the waste is not properly disposed of and recycled,which exerts enormous pressure on the environment.Therefore,further development of the catering industry calls for a circular economy and green catering,which is in line with the principle of sustainable growth and plays a significant role in guarding human health,promoting resource efficiency,protecting the environment and establishing a economical society.
