摘要
卫生事业是民生事业的重要内容。发展卫生事业,人才是关键,基层是重点。因此,社区、农村基层医疗卫生人才队伍建设状况对于整个卫生事业和民生事业的发展具有重要意义。本文通过对社区、农村基层医疗卫生人才短缺问题的调研与分析,提出了解决社区特别是农村基层医疗卫生人才短缺的对策措施。
Public health is an important content of peopleg livelihood. To development of health service, talent is the key, the grass is priority. Therefore, there is an important significance to develop the community, rural grassroots health talent team construction for the health and livelihood. Through investigation and analysis of medical and health personnel shortage in rural community,this text put forward countermeasures of solving the community,especially rural grassroots health talent shortage.
