摘要
基层医疗的发展与基础护理密切相关,为提高基层医疗水平,需要迅速解决基层护理人员短缺的现象,本文主要分析了基层护理人才短缺现状以及原因,并提出了相关的有效对策。
The development of primary health care and basic care are closely related, in order to improve the level of primary health care, it need to quickly solve the shortage of primary care personnel, the paper mainly analyze the analysis of the current situation as well as the reasons of the shortage of primary care personnel and effective countermeasures.
