摘要
在发展农村基层卫生事业的过程中,加快农村基层卫生人才队伍的建设是关键。该文通过收集分析某省农村卫生人力数据,指出目前我国农村基层卫生人才匮乏,并分析人才匮乏的原因,同时结合专家建议提出加强农村卫生人才队伍建设的对策。
It is the key to fasten the team construction of health talents in rural grassroots in the course of developing the rural grassroots＇ health career. This paper points out the deficiency of the current health talents in our country＇s rural grassroots through collecting a great amount of data, and also it researches and analyses the reasons for deficiency of health talents. On this basis, it integrates some experts＇ advices to put forward several corresponding countermeasures.
