摘要
目的了解云南省城市社区卫生服务人员配置现况。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对云南省部分社区卫生服务中心(站)工作人员进行现场调查。结果社区卫生服务人员配置不合理。本科学历仅占8.6%;专科以下学历的人员占91.4%;初、中级职称占85.8%;有74.1%的人从事临床和护理工作。结论应尽快建立配套政策,调整社区卫生机构人员结构配置,提高服务质量,满足居民健康需求,确保社区卫生机构可持续发展。
Objective To assess the present state of the allocation of human resources in the community health services of partly urban areas in Yunnan province, Methods The questionnaire survey designed by our selves was adopted in the interviews to medical workers of community health service center (stations). Results The distribution of the human resources was not reasonable, the percentages of the staff in community health services who have college degree was 8. 6% , who under junior college was 91.4% , who have the middle or elementary professional titles was 85, 8% ; and who had engaged in clinic and nursing service was 74. 1%. Conclusion To improve quality of service, meet the needs of residents, and insure the sustainable development of the community health institutions, the works to establish suitable policies and adjust models of personnel configuration should be conducted as soon as possible.
